Utilizing a “Nano Suction System” based on physical adhesion (non-chemical bonding), it securely adheres to metal, glass, plastic, and other surfaces with >150g/cm² residue-free grip. The 0.3mm ultra-flexible substrate conforms seamlessly to complex curves (R50mm radius) with ±0.05mm edge precision, eliminating traditional magnetic decals’ “edge-lift” and bulkiness.

Spider Mat is a material created for printing directly for Counter Top or Point of Sale media without having to laminate multiple substrates together. It is a matte white PET print surface with a magnet receptive core and our micro-suction silicone cling on the back. You print directly on the media and then it will stick to any smooth, non-porous surface just like a suction cup. It is re-useable, repositionable and will not leave any residue behind when you remove it. It can also be applied to glass and magnets will be attracted to your graphic on the glass. It is 0.38mm total thickness. Compatible with Solvent, UV, and Latex printers. It is also safe for stainless steel surfaces.

What is the idea behind this new material?

At first the SpiderMat was created primarily for a counter top media after a customer requested a media that they could print directly on, for counter top graphics applications, without having to laminate multiple substrates together.

This media a white matte PET print surface (compatible with UV, latex and solvent ink systems) with a magnetic receptive core and a micro-suction silicone cling on the back.

The idea is to print directly on the media and then apply it to any smooth, non-porous surface just like a suction cup.

It is re-useable, repositionable and will not leave any residue behind when you remove it.

It can also be applied to glass and magnets will be attracted to your graphic on the glass.

The material is approx. 0.37mm, available in 1270mm wide rolls
